14-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including:

  • Opened or used perfumes/attar bottles
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Process
To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order details. Once the return is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
